  We purchased a Westin home and could not be more dissatisfied! Our house was finished being built in march of 2017 and we are in sept! The warranties you are given at closing are worthless! The do not honor their own craftsmanship! We will NEVER purchase another Westin home or associated builder! We can not wait to sell our home already! Just because the salesmen are nice and the house looks gorgeous does not mean they make well built houses! We have had three contractors tell us that the problem is in the construction of our home! Hire your own inspector that will do a thorough job!
